Refund Policy

At Prox Network, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Bank Processing: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [contact email/phone number].

Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
